Privacy and lead handling
What we collect
Quote requests collect the name, email or phone, location, requested service, timing, optional notes, consent time, and intended recipient needed to respond. Claims and corrections collect only the contact and review details shown on their forms.
Who receives a quote request
The form names the recipient before consent. During the validation MVP, the New Mexico Septic Directory operator handles inquiries manually. We do not auction, resell, or distribute a lead beyond the recipient stated at submission.
Retention
Unneeded lead contact data is scheduled for deletion after 90 days by default. Records may be retained longer only when needed to handle an active request, comply with law, resolve abuse, or preserve a required audit record. Analytics and logs exclude names, emails, phone numbers, and form notes.
Deletion and correction
Use the correction or privacy request on the relevant provider profile. For a lead-data deletion request, contact the operator using the site contact address configured at launch and include enough non-sensitive detail to locate the submission.
Security
Public forms use server-side validation, rate limiting, spam traps, same-origin checks, parameterized database access, and audit events. No internet service can promise absolute security; avoid putting sensitive financial, health, identity, or access information in a submission.
